Did Thanos destroy the Eye of Agamoto in Avengers: Infinity War?

If you mean the necklace, then possibly. Whilst Thanos commends Doctor Strange on the ‘fake’ necklace, it could have actually been the genuine necklace. the stone was hidden from everyone by Doctor Strange having used his magic to hide it from sight. I don't think Doctor Strange actually had a fake necklace with him, just gave Thanos the real necklace without the stone inside it.
